Owned OneStream and PeopleSoft administration as the subject matter expert bridging Finance and IT for a finance organization of 50 to 150, partnering with CFO and CIO leadership and cutting unplanned escalations by roughly eight hours per month through proactive monitoring and process redesign.
Automated month-end PeopleSoft trial balance loads through an SFTP pipeline, collapsing eight manual loads and eight hours of work into a ten-minute review with materially less rework.
Architected a direct PeopleSoft to OneStream connection using Microsoft Power Automate, automating the month-end general ledger transfer and eliminating a recurring failure point.
Led design and implementation of OneStream's People Planning solution with custom dashboards and automated data processing, and retooled PP&E planning for accuracy and decision speed.
Designed SOX-aligned operating standards, change control processes, and financial controls across both the OneStream and PeopleSoft environments, authoring the SOPs that institutionalized the process knowledge.

Owned FP&A across 40 to 50 departments covering more than $500M in revenue and $100M to $250M in operating expense, delivering weekly CFO reporting, monthly C-suite operating updates, and KPI scorecards presented directly to the CFO.
Built three-statement forecasts including EBITDA views and delivered full-year actuals within 1% of budget.
Developed ten-year long-range planning models — three years monthly, outer years annual — alongside 70 weekly non-financial KPIs.
